The significant changes occurring at the moment are primarily driven by the legislative implementation of the recommendations arising from the Review of the Trade Practices Act by Sir Daryl Dawson, as well as a few important changes made by the ACCC itself to some of our policies and practices -namely the informal merger guidelines, our cartel priority and changes to the immunity policy.
