Umpiring the market game - The ACCC at work

19th September 2005

Conference

2005 National Potato Conference.

Summary

Small businesses including growers operating in rural Australia do have significant rights under the TPA to enable them to compete in our market economy. The ACCC will seek to ensure that information and support in relation to those rights, as well as associated responsibilities, is freely available so that competitive small businesses can continue to grow and prosper.
