The attached document is a variation to the Ramsay undertaking accepted by the ACCC on 13 April 2005. The variation will allow Ramsay to divest the 14 hospitals referred to in Annexure C of the undertaking to any person approved by the ACCC (the purchaser may or may not be New Affinity) and will allow Ramsay to roll those hospitals that have not been identified for divestiture into the Ramsay portfolio immediately.
