The brochure, Don't take advantage of disadvantage, has been produced as part of the ACCC campaign to protect disadvantaged and vulnerable consumers. This brochure will help businesses recognise when they are dealing with disadvantaged or vulnerable consumers and outline factors they may need to consider in these situations with reference to court actions.
