Airservices Australia temporary price notification (aviation rescue and fire fighting services) - June 2005

On 28 June 2005 Airservices Australia (Airservices) lodged a formal price notification under subsection 95Z(5) of the Trade Practices Act 1974.

The price notification relates to Airservices’ aviation rescue and fire fighting service. Airservices sought to temporarily increase the prices for these services during the period between 1 July to 31 December 2005.

The ACCC decided to not object to the proposed prices on the 29 June 2005.
