Book, B5. This guide aims to help small businesses understand what unconscionable conduct is. It shows how to identify situations where there may be a risk of being subjected to it and how to avoid treating consumers unconscionably.
This guide will help you refer complaints to the ACCC as part of its campaign focussing on commercial and business practices that target or exploit disadvantaged and vulnerable consumers.
