The ACCC is committed to the ongoing professional development of all our staff. As well as a comprehensive learning and development program, we offer staff access to a studies assistance scheme that allows study leave and financial assistance to pursue further tertiary study after completion of the graduate program.
Personal development planning
The ACCC will assist you in the long-term planning of your career. We hold six-monthly career planning sessions at which you and your manager can discuss your future needs and career aspirations and how we can help you achieve them.
All graduates are provided with a personal development session at the end of their graduate year to help them plan their career development within the ACCC.
Professional development journal
A significant aspect of the ACCC's learning and development program, the Professional Development Journal assists staff to create their own structured program of learning.
The Professional Development Journal provides a comprehensive list of learning opportunities available to ACCC staff, both on and off the job. It provides a strong and cohesive framework to plan your future career after the graduate program.
Studies assistance scheme
The ACCC's studies assistance scheme is available to all staff who seek to pursue further study. Staff may receive financial assistance toward course costs and study leave to attend lectures and tutorials.
