The ACCC quality of service monitoring guideline was issued in October 2008. The guideline sets out the ACCC’s monitoring approach and quality of service information requirements applying to the 2008-09 reporting period. The statement of reasons to the final guideline document provides explanation of the ACCC decisions made in revising the final guideline. Issues raised in more recent submissions as well as the more significant issues that arose during the consultation process are highlighted.
