Airport prices monitoring and financial reporting guideline

The ACCC's Airport prices monitoring and financial reporting guideline was issued in June 2009. The guideline details the ACCC's information requirements for prices monitoring and financial reporting, including for airport car parking, under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (known as the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 from 1 January 2011) and Airports Act 1996. The guideline applies from the 2008–09 financial year.

The ACCC has prepared a spreadsheet template for the entry of prices monitoring and financial reporting data by airport operators according to the guideline.
