2002–03 Price notification

On 10 May 2002 Airservices Australia gave a preliminary proposal to the ACCC outlining increases in prices for declared services, including en route navigation and terminal navigation and aviation rescue and fire fighting at certain airports.

The ACCC released an issues paper and consulted with users of the services affected by the proposed price increase.

On 2 July 2002 Airservices' Australia submitted its draft price notifications to the ACCC.

On 25 July 2002 the ACCC decided that it did not object to the proposed increases.
