In response to the draft price notification, the ACCC released an issues paper calling for submissions. After considering the submissions received, consultancy reports (on Australia Post's cost of capital and productivity), feedback from public forums and a technical forum, the ACCC released its preliminary view for a further round of consultation, before releasing its final decision.
