On 26 May 2004 Airservices Australia provided the ACCC with a price notification proposing that its current prices for regulated services remain in place until 31 December 2004. This extension allowed sufficient time for Airservices Australia to conclude consultations with its customers about the implementation of a five-year pricing proposal and for the ACCC to consider it.
