On 26 March 2003 Australia Post provided the ACCC with a formal notification proposing to restructure the price of Reply Paid mail. Australia Post proposed to:
increase charges for non-barcoded small Reply Paid letters and large Reply Paid letters
introduce a new annual fee for Reply Paid accounts
reduce charges for barcoded small Reply Paid letters.
The ACCC did not object to Australia Post's proposed price restructure and released its final decision document on 2 April 2003.
