Setting prices for your business

Can I charge different prices when people use different payment methods? How do I charge different prices legally?

An all-inclusive price is the total amount that the consumer has to pay to the motor vehicle dealer to obtain the motor vehicle advertised.

Businesses have to consider many provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act when they advertise their products or services—not just those related to price representations.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, there are certain rules that apply when you advertise multiple prices for a good.
