A draft National Indigenous Consumer Strategy for consumer protection agencies has been developed and feedback is now being sought. Taking Action, Gaining Trust establishes the objectives of and proposes priorities for a five-year Indigenous Consumer Strategy and outlines issues and proposed action.
Comment is sought regarding consumer or competition related problems experienced by Indigenous consumers in the marketplace, actions which might assist to solve the problems and the content of the draft strategy generally.
