Telecommunications registers (ss. 151AR-152EA)

As per the Trade Practices Act 1974 (prior to 1 January 2011) and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (from 1 January 2011) the ACCC is required to maintain a public record of the following telecommunications information:

Access undertakings register (s. 152CC)
The ACCC is required to keep a register of all access undertakings accepted by the ACCC, including those no longer in operation.

Competition notices register (s. 151AR)
Competition notices issued by the ACCC under Division 3 of Part XIB of the Trade Practices Act.

Declared services register (s. 152AQ)
Telecommunications services declared under Division 2 of Part XIC of the Act.

Determinations register (s. 152EA)
Final and interim access determinations made by the ACCC under Division 8 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act.

Ministerial pricing determinations register (s. 152CJ)
Pricing determinations issued by the Minister under Division 6 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act.

Telecommunications access codes register (s. 152BR)
Telecommunications access codes issued by the ACCC under Division 4 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act.

Exemption orders register (s. 151BH)
Exemption orders issued by the ACCC under Division 4 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act

Tariff information register (s. 151BQ)
Tariff information given to the ACCC under Division 4 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act

Tariff filing directions register (s. 151BR)
Tariff filing directions given to the ACCC under Division 4 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act

Access agreement register (s. 152ED)

Register of NBN Access Agreement Statements
This register contains statements of differences given to the ACCC by an NBN corporation (such as NBN Co) under Division 4B of Part XIC of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Register of Layer 2 Bitstream Access Agreement Statements
This register contains statements of differences given to the ACCC by a carrier or carriage service provider under Division 4B of Part XIC of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
