Pricing determinations issued by the Minister under Division 6 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act. Telecommunications access codes issued by the ACCC under Division 4 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act. Exemption orders issued by the ACCC under Division 4 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act Tariff information given to the ACCC under Division 4 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act Tariff filing directions given to the ACCC under Division 4 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act Access agreements made under Division 4 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act This register contains statements of differences given to the ACCC by an NBN corporation (such as NBN Co) under Division 4B of Part XIC of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
