The role of the ACCC in protecting competition and fair dealing

2nd September 2004

Conference

Murray Hume Business Enterprise Centre Albury-Wodonga

Summary

The ACCC understands the difficulty for small business in dealing with all the issues involved in trade practices law, let alone all the regulatory compliance which has to be dealt with. However, it is part of good business management that small businesses embrace and utilise the protections and obligations of the Trade Practices Act.
