Mobile terminating access service

Declared Service

The Domestic Digital Mobile Terminating Access Service is an Access service for the carriage of voice calls from a point of interconnection, or potential point of interconnection, to a B-Party directly connected to the access provider’s digital mobile network.

Date

The Commission declared the service on 1 July 2004 for a period of five years, ie: to expire on 30 June 2009.  On 28 May 2009, the Declaration was extended until 30 June 2014.

Expiration

The declaration will expire on 30 June 2014.
