Astrix Pty Ltd and its directors, Mr John Thomas and Mr Roy Trkulja, operated a number of websites which promoted and sold the ECA Stack weight loss product.
Each of Astrix's websites included representations about ECA Stack product, its efficacy and safety. These representations were misleading, deceptive or false.
This undertaking provides, amongst other things, that Astrix and its directors:
will not make similar representations in the future;
will publish a corrective advertisement on the websites; and
will write to consumers who have purchased the product and provide refunds where requested.
