Tamworth Radio Cabs Co-operative Limited has undertaken that it will not:
prevent taxi drivers from supplying taxi services to those customers who wish to book taxis directly and not through the radio network;
use a 'points' system to allocate jobs in excess of 30 kilometres amongst taxi drivers; and
make the provision of a radio communications service conditional on taxi drivers purchasing fuel from the Co-operative or a service station operated by the Co-operative or from such service station or retail outlets as nominated by the Co-operative.
