Australian Energy Regulator (part of the ACCC)—regulates the wholesale electricity market and is responsible for the economic regulation of the electricity transmission and distribution networks in the national electricity market. The AER is also responsible for the economic regulation of gas transmission and distribution networks and enforcing the national gas law and national gas rules in all jurisdictions except Western Australia.

Consumer and business directory—allows you to search for the contact details of over 1600 private, community and government organisations offering consumer and business complaint-handling services (including industry associations, businesses, government agencies and independent mediation services).

Media centre—contains all ACCC news releases, speeches, events and conferences, along with photographs and biographies of the ACCC Chairman and commissioners.

Product Safety Recalls Australia—contains information about Australian product safety recalls.

Public registers—under the Trade Practices Act 1974 the ACCC must create and maintain public registers to ensure that its decision-making processes are transparent and accountable.
