The ACCC is party to a tripartite arrangement with the NZCC and the Commissioner of Competition (Canada) which came into effect on 25 October 2000.The arrangement establishes a framework for notification, coordination and cooperation on competition and consumer protection enforcement activities, exchange of information and avoidance of conflict.
