InfocentreThe Infocentre is a telephone and email information and complaints service for consumers and businesses. It is the initial response centre for all inquiries and complaints to the Commission on competition and consumer issues in Australia. ACCC Infocentre staff are available to answer your call from 8.30am EST until 6pm WST.
While calls to 13 and 1300 numbers will cost you no more than a local call from a landline telephone, please be warned that calls to 13 and 1300 numbers made from a mobile telephone are often charged at a higher rate and may not be included in your mobile plan or cap. Please check with your mobile provider to make sure you understand the terms and conditions of using your mobile telephone before calling 13, 1300 or 1800 telephone numbers from a mobile telephone.
