In 2003, the ACCC provided the Minister for Communications Information Technology and the Arts with a report advising on the extent to which emerging market structures are likely to affect competition across the communications sector, including through the provision of bundled pay TV, telephony and broadband services. The ACCC collects information on telecommunications infrastructure, as well as th enumber of services in operation on Telstra's customer access network. The ACCC publishes quarterly snapshots in relation to LSS and ULLS. The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) and the ACCC issued a joint report titled Communications Infrastructure and Services Availability in Australia. The ACCC has previously released telecommunications market indicator reports disclosing revenue and usage information provided by Telstra, Optus, AAPT, Primus and Vodafone as part of their regulatory reporting requirements under the regulatory accounting framework (the RAF). The RKR and the previously published reports can be accessed via this link. However, the ACCC no longer produces these reports.
