Cutco placed employment ads in the newspaper that were misleading and deceptive as to whether they were a salary/wage position as compared with a commission position. Cutco undertakes: to ensure the cessation of the misleading job advertisements; to ensure the cessation of misleading oral representations; to nominate a senior executive to be a national compliance manager in respect of the TPA; to develop a Trade Practices Compliance Policy approved by the Commission; to develop compliance training based on Aust standard 3806 Compliance Programs; to have an annual report regarding the implementation of the undertaking with reports lodged with the Commission by 31 Dec 1999 and 2000.
