Treasurer's directions and declarations

In reading the following directions and declarations, it should be noted that, as of 1 March 2004 the Prices Surveillance Act 1983 was repealed and replaced with Part VIIA of the Trade Practices Act 1974, known as the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 from 1 January 2011. Any current directions or declarations originally having effect under the Prices Surveillance Act now have effect under the relevant section in Part VIIA of the Competition and Consumer Act.
