In reading the following directions and declarations, it should be noted that, as of 1 March 2004 the Prices Surveillance Act 1983 has been repealed and replaced with Part VIIA of the Trade Practices Act 1974. Any current directions or declarations originally having effect under the Prices Surveillance Act will now have effect under the relevant section in Part VIIA of the Trade Practices Act.
