Public liability and professional indemnity insurance: first monitoring report

The ACCC asked several major insurers in the public liability and professional indemnity insurance sectors to provide quantitative and qualitative information on costs and premiums in their insurance business. This report monitors costs and premiums of insurers up until 31 December 2002 which was the latest data available to the ACCC.
