Price notifications registerThis register contains:
This register is maintained pursuant to section 95ZC of the TPA, which commenced on 1 March 2004. Prior to this day, the ACCC kept a register of price notifications pursuant to section 23(1) of the PSA, which has now been repealed. When section 95ZC commenced, the register in place under section 23(1) of the PSA effectively became the register under section 95ZC (see Trade Practices Legislation Amendment Act 2003, schedule 2, item 49). This is why the earlier items on this register are addressed to the requirements of the PSA, rather than Part VIIA of the TPA. |
