A thumbnail of the cover of this publication

Date published: 31st August 1999

This revised information paper discusses issues relating to the operation of the competition rule and the competition notice regime set out in Part XIB of the Trade Practices Act. In particular, it sets out the approach the ACCC will take when considering whether a carrier or carriage service provider has engaged, or is engaging in, anti-competitive conduct. The paper replaces one issued on 19 May 1997.
