Fair and square: a guide to the Trade Practices Act for the real estate industry

Book, B5: The ACCC believes all small businesses associated with real estate should be fully informed about their rights and responsibilities under the Trade Practices Act 1974. Fair and square has been written for the real estate sector by the Small Business Unit of the ACCC, in consultation with the real estate industry. It is written in an easily understood style and uses relevant examples to illustrate familiar market situations under which the Trade Practices Act applies to real estate agents.
