Terminal gate pricing arrangements in Australia and other fuel pricing arrangements in Western Australia. December 2002

In response to the Reducing fuel price variability report, the Australian government requested the ACCC to continue monitoring and report back by the end of 2002 on the outcomes of the fuel pricing arrangments in Western Australia; the terminal gate pricing arrangements of Victoria and Western Australia; and the impact of the terminal gate pricing measures announced by Shell and Caltex on regional petrol prices.
