Guide to the Trade Practices Act for the health sector
Date published:
30th November 1995
This guideline aims to help health sector professionals identify their rights and obligations under the provisions of the Trade Practices Act 1974 following the enactment of the Competition Policy Reform Act 1995. The health sector is likely, given the passage of the CPRA and recent changes to private health insurance legislation, to face an increasing exposure to competition and fair trading issues.
