A code of access to telecommunications transmission towers, sites of towers and underground towers

The code is designed to encourage the co-location of facilities, where reasonably practicable, and promote competition by facilitating the entry of new mobile and fixed line operators. This publication covers the main code, the mandatory conditions of access and how to apply for, negotiate and implement facilities access.
