Aged Rights Advocacy Service Inc. ARAS, SA

Description

ARAS promotes the rights of older people and assists them to uphold their rights and entitlements by providing information about consumer rights, supporting and/or speaking on behalf of consumers to get their concerns resolved, and assisting consumers to utilise either internal or external complaints mechanisms. The service assists older people living in Commonwealth subsidised nursing homes and hostels and receiving HACC services and older people who may be at risk of, or are experiencing abuse by family or friends in.
