The Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) The Customer Service Institute of Australia was established in 1997 to serve the needs of all Australians who work in customer service. It is Australia's peak customer service body and secretariat for the International Council of Customer Service Organisations (www.iccso.org). ICSSO is an international collection of organisations which promote service excellence through international customer service standards, certification, awards and professional development programs. CSIA is a professional industry body for organisations, employees and individuals engaged in customer service industries in Australia. The CSIA is Australia's peak customer service organisation. CISA delivers frontline customer service training and a Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service Management for Team Leaders and Customer Service Managers. Founded in 1997, the CSIA is dedicated to the professional development of organisations and individuals in customer service.
