The Drycleaning Institute of Australia Limited (DIA) was formed by State Drycleaning Institutes to act as their National Body.
The DIA has a prime responsibility for the promotion of a positive image for the Drycleaning Industry. The Institute will also assist consumers with complaints against members and will take consumer concerns to non-members for discussion.
