The Australian Taxi Industry Association (ATIA) is the national peak body tasked with representing all stakeholders associated with the Australian taxi industry. It aims to be a single and united voice for the industry, working with the Federal Government and it's agencies to find workable solutions to legislative, regulatory and policy matters. The ATIA was formed by the peak State and Territory Taxi Associations to represent the industry in federal issues. It encourages the continued development of quality taxi services and promotes practices aimed at providing for the safety, security and well-being of all taxi industry participants.
