Master Locksmiths Association of Australasia (MLAA)

Description

The Master Locksmiths Association of Australasia (MLAA) represents locksmith businesses in Australia and New Zealand. The role of the Association is primarily to provide advice, service and products to locksmith businesses and provides advice to individual locksmiths, manufacturers and suppliers of locksmithing products, students in locksmithing and other persons employed in relevant areas of the security industry. Members must pass independently conducted competency tests before they are admitted at levels that allow them to obtain these high security systems. The Association is dedicated to ensuring that its members exercise the highest ethical standards and provide a professional level of service to the community. We have established a customer complaints handling process that ensures that any complaints are independently assessed and dealt with on an appropriate basis. MLAA has branches in New Zealand and each State and Territory in Australia. Contact details for branches are available on the MLAA website below.
