Financial Co–operative Dispute Resolution Scheme (FCDRS)

Description

The Financial Co–operative Dispute Resolution Scheme covers disputes between retail clients and Scheme participants. The Dispute Resolution Scheme is free of charge to the customer who is making an enquiry or wishes to lodge a dispute application. The Scheme's Terms of Reference limit the types of disputes that the Ombudsman may consider.
