Consumers Telecommunications Network

Description

The Consumers' Telecommunications Network (CTN) represents the interests of residential consumers in Australian telecommunications. CTN is a national coalition of consumer and community organisations as well as individuals that represent community interests in the national policy arena on telecommunications issues. CTN is an important voice promoting better access, quality of service and affordability of telecommunications services for residential consumers in Australia. CTN can generally provide consumers with information but not directly resolve complaints. Complaints should be directed to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.
