Independent Pricing & Regulatory Tribunal of NSW (IPART)

Description

IPART is an independent body that oversees regulation in the water, gas, electricity and public transport industries in NSW. It sets maximum prices for monopoly services provided by government agencies in NSW (including water and public transport), regulates prices of electricity networks and natural gas pricing and access. IPART investigates competitive neutrality complaints referred by the Government.
