Energy Ombudsman Tasmania

Description

The Energy Ombudsman of Tasmania provides an independent, free complaint handling service between Tasmanian electricity and gas (from 1 July 2005) customers and their providers. It investigates and resolves consumer complaints regarding electricity services including charging issues, billing, disputes as to payment, supply issues, liability relating to transmission and distribution standards and electricity entities and land.
