The Motor Accidents Authority regulates the NSW CTP Scheme and its participants, provides education and information to stakeholders and service providers and operates an independent assessment and resolution service. Its vision is to lead and support a CTP Scheme that reduces the impact of motor vehicle accidents. Our role is to have a CTP scheme which is affordable, fair and accessible by: providing advice to the Minister, Board, Council and Parliamentary Committee; informing and assisting interested agencies and service providers; resolving disputes between claimants and insurers; supporting injury prevention and improved management of claimants' injuries.
