Darwin Community Legal Service (DCLS) provides a range of free services including: Legal Advice and Referral; Aged and Disability Rights;
Welfare Rights; Tenants’ Advice Service; Community Education and Publications; Human Rights and Public Interest law. DCLS provides free legal advice at weekly advice sessions in Darwin, Casuarina, and Palmerston, and monthly in Katherine. A weekly telephone advice session is available for people unable to attend the DCLS office due to disability or distance. You can call DCLS or drop in to get information about where to get help with a legal problem. DCLS will refer you to one of our own services or other services in the community that may be able to help you.
