The LSC receives complaints about solicitors, barristers & licensed conveyancers in NSW, and can also initiate such complaints. It can investigate and mediate a complaint or refer them to the Law Society, the Bar Association or the Department of Fair Trading. Usual procedure is to put the complaint in writing.
