The HCC is a division of the State Ombudsman's office. It provides for the making, conciliation, investigation and resolution of complaints against health care providers. It will investigate any complaint which is no more than 2 years old, regardless of the particular doctor's membership. Also investigates other forms of medical services such as naturopaths etc.
