The Office of Consumer and Business Affairs has six main branches that provide a service to the general public, namely: Consumer Affairs (includes Trade Measurement and Product Safety), Business and Occupational Services (includes Business Names, Associations and Co-operatives), Births, Deaths and Marriages, Tenancies (includes Residential, Retail, Bonds and support to the Residential Tenancies Tribunal), Legal & Enforcement and Policy (includes Compliance Services) and Education and Information Services.
