Description

The DSCV offers mediation as a way of settling civil disputes without legal action. Issues covered include local/neighbourhood disputes over such things as fences, noise, pets, trees property damage or people's behaviour; clubs and organisations in conflict; relationships between family members; contracts and commercial dealings; workplace communications, many other matters whether it involves court action or not. They also can help resolve planning disputes. It provides interpreters and attempts to arrange mediation at convenient locations across Victoria.
