Anti–Discrimination Commission, NT (ADC)

Description

Most states/territories have legislation in place which prohibits discrimination against certain people on certain grounds. The Anti–discrimination Commission administers this legislation. The NT Anti–Discrimination Commission is an independent, impartial body that investigates and helps resolve complaints about discrimination and harassment. The Northern Territory Anti–Discrimination Commission also provides training and education about Anti–Discrimination and Diversity policies to businesses, government departments, schools and individuals.
